The role

As a new role within our small but ambitious marketing team, you’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple channels and projects, supporting paid advertising, social media, content, SEO, PR and CRM. You’ll play a key part in campaign planning and execution, from generating creative assets to coordinating freelancers and agencies. This role offers plenty of variety, with the flexibility to get involved wherever needed – whether that’s paid campaigns, newsletters, SEO tasks, or ensuring content and creative are always on brand.

The Digital Marketing Executive will:

  • Support the planning, creation and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta), including ad copy, creative assets and reporting.
  • Plan and deliver cross-channel marketing campaigns that run across our sites, social media, email and PR.
  • Coordinate freelancers and agencies working on content, SEO, and social media to ensure delivery is timely and on-brand.
  • Contribute to the production, editing and approval of content and campaigns, maintaining consistency of tone, imagery and messaging.
  • Provide flexible support across the marketing mix – from newsletters to SEO projects – depending on business needs.
  • Report on campaign and channel performance, sharing insights and identifying opportunities to improve results.
  • Learn and apply new marketing tools, techniques and tactics to continually develop skills and drive results.

The person

We’re looking for somebody with a passion for travel,  consumer start-ups and data driven marketing with:

  • At least 1 year’s experience in, or strong demonstrable understanding of digital marketing.
  • A belief in the value of using data to make decisions.
  • An adoption of, and advocacy for, AI tools to improve productivity and marketing impact.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • The desire to work hard with their work, making a difference to a rapidly growing, exciting business.
  • An ability to communicate clearly and collaborate as part of a small startup team.
  • A drive and desire to get stuck in and be self-starting.
  • Solid general skills (Google Docs, Microsoft Office, email, writing) with strong spelling and grammar.

The ability to work in person, from our office on the Southbank, on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
